I lost a mag from the takedown while hunting when it had the factory extended mag release. I ordered some flush fitting releases and put them on the takedown and my two American Rimfires.

You need a take down too.
I bought an LVT last year, my sixth 10/22. I was very pleased with how well it shoots Mini Mags.
