It is fully seated in that picture.
I have another thread on the testing. I am going to re-do the test and one of the data points I am going to take is the ride height. I am also going to include the time to first shot and the splits.
Here is what I got in my testing.

I have the basic version with a threaded barrel and it works pretty well for what I bought it for, a quiet suppressor host to shoot at yard pests without annoying the neighbors. It groups ok, but...
I am going to do some measurements of the grip height above the belt line/waist line to see how much of a difference there is between them.
Don't hate me because I am a hoarder....

Trailboss and 110 gr Z-Max bullet make the absolute best subsonic 300 Blackout Rimmed load ever. I have put down a bunch of "semi-rural" coyotes...

Here are the results from the fist phase of the test. I definitely need to get some more shooters. I am still breaking in the SME and the In-Victus, so I will need to retest with that in...
I am actually doing an experiment on leather vs kydex holster draws. I did the first test today and I need to crunch the numbers a little, but what I can see there is not a huge difference between...
Gordon passed a couple of years ago. I am not sure who has taken over the site.
Discount Tires. I have used them a few times for older vehicles. Costco usually has good prices as well.
My wife has a Toyota 86 (I am sure that is pretty similar to the BRZ) and it is a hoot to drive.
When you pulled the mainspring off did you pull the trigger group and the cylinder off as well?
I have a Manurhin PP in 32. I like it except for the sights and the horrific DA trigger.. I am going to send it off to get some Novak adjustable sights installed.
Unfortunately, the test is set up for right handed folks.
For the visual folks, here are the holsters I have on hand:

Older Tenicor Velo

For this portion of the experiment. I may add some 3 O'clock testing later. The only 3 O'clock holsters I have are a Tenicor ARX and a PHLster Summit.
The email I have been contacting him with is garritysgunleather@gmail.com
I am a bit of gear nerd and holster hoarder. RevolverRob who is a all around great dude is helping me with my desire to justify my previous purchases by conducting science to develop a test to see...
I just got a Invictus in the mail. I ordered it on 14 April and got it on 26 April. I ordered it with the DCC clips and so far I like it. I have a SME as well and I am going to do a longish term...
You may want to buy a parts kit to have any needed replacement pats.
Get some training.
Yes, not sure how old you are, but it is never to late to start.
Yes. I like Cecil Burch and Craig Douglas as instructors, but there are a lot of good ones out...
OK, you can't leave me hanging like that. I need details.
A small adjustable wrench works well at pushing the mainspring seat down enough to disengage the bent paper clip. You may want to use a small finishing nail instead of that style of paperclip, it...
Here is how I take my GP100 mainspring off.
MAKE SURE IT'S UNLOADED
Cock the hammer
Insert the paperclip

Lower the Hammer and the mainspring relaxes
