Not surprised that LAV had all that stuff but astonished that there's anything illegal about it.
Anyone got the inside scoop?

I just saw this online and was wondering the same.
Damn. That seizure list is well in to seven figures value wise. And it will probably cost him that much to fight it. If I were a betting man, I'd speculate a paperwork issue and the feds went for broke.
From what I can tell, if anything has been filed in the Western District of North Carolina, it is still sealed.
Man, this sucks on many levels…….
I want to know where I can get these $1000.00 machine guns?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but IIRC from a previous case, when the government seizes a transferable or pre-sample machine gun (for whatever reason), they don't try to value it as a transferable or pre-sample, they just value it as a post-sample no matter what the legal status is.
Also, some of those machine guns are obviously post-samples, e.g. ones made by BCM, Vltor, Stag, etc.
Jeez... looks like they took everything with a trigger and then some and apparently they are all machine guns, identified or not.
