Because American shooters are notoriously cheap, so I can't imagine there's enough tips to be worth it. Unless it's shooting tips, those guys would love to help out the little ladies.

No shit, there I was... I shot a match in SE Asia and they had all that stuff. It was amazing.

I would mention that a significant proportion of people who participate in IPSC in Europe and Asia are of a decidedly different socioeconomic demographic from that of the vast majority of USPSA shooters.
