Lawful Self-Defense to "Run-Down" Rioters?

Well, here we are in 2024.

We were rolling past the I75 interchange on Rt 200 Sunday and passed slowly by a loud group of protestors shouting pro-Palestinian slogans etc. from the sidewalk near Waffle House. My local dept Ocala PD had a couple cruisers nearby and were watching events.

More recently, I acquired a 4WD Ram 1500 in February. Made me think of this thread and all the very useful advice I received. Practiced how to put the truck in 4WD low today. I’m not really a 4WD guy but the truck seemed to gear down quite a bit. Very mechanical feeling.

Anyway, just thought I’d top this thread in case anyone else is wondering about this too.

Additional Kit to add: Dash cam, front and rear facing.
