G21 SF Mag Release

I have a G21 SF w/ the ambi mag release. It sticks sometimes in the engaged position. Is there anything I can do to fix this or can I change it to a standard mag release?

The Ambi models were plagued with issues. Your best bet is to contact GLOCK. They will have you send the frame home for a replacement. You will in return receive a new non-Ambi frame with a non-matching SN to your existing upper.

Not ideal .... but it fixes your issue. I had to do that last year.

Cool. I called Glock today. The guy was very friendly and immediately said box it up and ship it in and we will replace it with a standard mag release SF frame free of charge. I was a little concerned because I had had my frame stippled, but he said it was no problem because they destroy the broken ambi frames anyways.

I did the same, hated the release and mine had that abortion of a picatinney rail on it. Now I have a sweet shooting 21SF with a Vickers release installed.
